Walking in a Winter Wonderland


And just like that the temperature drops and the days shorten! Let's ensure that we make the most of our winter days to focus on ourselves. Our classes in Term 2 are focusing on joint health. We are using the technique of articulation to ensure that we are working our joints to their fullest extent and encouraging the surrounding muscles to support these movements. It's also belly buster term so get those abs ready to work hard, become hard and truly support our posture and alignment.
