Whether you're a Pilates beginner or a Pilates expert, our mat classes will deliver a great workout. Each class features classic Pilates exercises performed on a Pilates mat, but spices up traditional Pilates workouts with the use of equipment such as fitness circles, stability balls, flex bands and foam rollers. The variety in our mat classes ensures that each class provides an amazing workout that strengthens, tones, and stretches your body - and makes you smile!
We are currently taking enrollments for our specially designed Prenatal program. The classes are 45 minutes long and are
